How the calculation works

Concentration (mg/mL) = mass (mg) ÷ final volume (mL). Multiply mg/mL by 1,000 to convert it to µg/mL. Mass within a reference volume equals concentration multiplied by that volume.

For blends, total mass gives the combined concentration. It does not determine the concentration of individual components. The calculation does not assess identity, purity, solubility, stability or suitability.
